Product Warranty
​QZ offers its customers with warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please write to us with your Order ID at support@qzonline.in. We attend to warranty claims responsively, with priority and time bound. We respond to all emails within 12 work-hours

The ​QZ warranty is limited to product's functional, performance and manufacturing defects only. The warranty do not cover any external accessories, damage caused to the product due to improper installation, improper usage by customer, using the QZ products with non-QZ accessories, normal wear and tear, damages caused to the product by accident, lightning, ingress of water, fire, dropping or excessive shock, input electricity fluctuation outside the specified range, any damage caused due to tampering of the product by customer or by an unauthorized agent, liability for loss of data or business opportunity loss.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply write to support@qzonline.in within 7 days of delivery to return your purchase and receive payment refund.
*Terms and conditions apply: customer need to return the purchase to us bearing the return courier charges; forward courier charges, payment gateway charges and COD convenience fee would be applied on the refund amount. Tampered product returns are not accepted under this program. This program do not cover bulk orders placed with quantity based discounted price quotation.

Warranty Claim Procedure
  • ​QZ attends to warranty claims responsively; time bound and with urgency. 
  • Please write to us with your invoice copy at support@qzonline.in. Briefly mention the fault observation.
  • We respond to all emails within 1 business day. 
  • Our customer support would offer first-level resolutions
  • If the issue is unresolved, you would have to return the unit to us by courier. We would share return address by email. 
  • We do not cover return courier charges or risk of loss of package in return. You can return with any courier of your choice.
  • We would notify you up on return receipt and offer resolution within 1 business day
  • Warranty approved replacements are dispatched and delivered in 2-4 business days. We would cover the replacement courier charges and take resposiblity of delivery.

Shipment Policies
We ship to any location across India through our courier partners.
Shipment cutoff time 1 PM. Orders received till 1 PM are shipped on the same day. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered in 1-2 business days. Products with battery (power banks) may have to be transported by road may take more time for delivery.
We have partnered with best courier companies to ensure safe and fast delivery of the purchases
We ship from Monday through Saturday excluding Sunday and public holidays.
Shipment Tracking number will be shared with the buyer.
Shipment progress is constantly monitored and updated to the buyer periodically till delivery.
If the packing is found to be tampered before the delivery of the product, buyer should not accept the delivery and should inform our customer support immediately. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
All purchases will be shipped with the original tax invoice.

Cancellation Policies
You can cancel your order writing to our customer support: support@qzonline.in, before the order is shipped. Your payment would be refunded withholding the payment gateway charges for prepaid orders. Complete payment would be refunded for COD orders. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled after the shipment dispatch.
